Cherry Blossom Café

1,000 sq. ft. space

I live in the Cherry Capital, so I couldn’t resist taking on this design after being inspired by the the floral wallpaper. My vision was for an elevated space inspired by formal European tea rooms, but with a contemporary twist. The dark cherry furnishings, marble fireplace and tile floor set a dignified tone, but the modern light fixtures, artwork and copper agate wall coverings keep it on trend. I’m really pleased with the nook and think every café should have one!

Happy accident: Finding round rug with the same cherry blossom pattern.
